My sales rep was so helpful and didn’t rush me at all, which I really appreciated. I had what felt like a million questions about sizing and delivery dates, and she answered everything clearly without making me feel like a bother. She made the whole order process way easier than I expected. Overall, it was a really good experience.

"Support didn’t really help"
I had an issue with my order and reached out to support, but they just kept sending me the same generic responses. At first I thought maybe it was just a simple mix-up, but the more I dealt with it, the more it felt like nobody was actually taking ownership of the problem. I asked for it to be fixed or at least properly explained, and nothing really changed. It was frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t use them again unless they get better at actually solving issues.

balfour did a solid job keeping me in the loop. I’m the type of person who likes having things in writing so I’m not left guessing or chasing people down, and the emails really helped with that. Whenever something changed, I got an update at the right time, and the information was clear enough to understand what was going on. Overall, it was a easy experience, and I appreciated not having to worry about missing anything.

Our school order got sorted out really quickly, and the updates were helpful for keeping parents in the loop. Overall, it was a smooth experience and we didn’t run into any major issues. That said, if the communication or turnaround starts slipping in the future, we’d probably look at other options.

My ring arrived on time, which was great, and overall it looks nice. The engraving is readable, but one of the letters looked a little off to me. It’s not a huge deal, I just expected it to be a bit cleaner. I’m wondering if anyone else had the same experience with their engraving?

"Eventually Showed Up, So That Was Exciting"
I ordered from balfour.com thinking it would arrive in a normal amount of time, silly me, apparently. Shipping was painfully slow, and the tracking updates were basically a fun little guessing game where nothing ever changed. I kept checking to see if the package had moved, and most of the time the answer was a dramatic no. The item itself was fine once it finally showed up, so at least there’s that. But the wait was annoying, and a heads-up about delays would’ve been nice. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not one I’m rushing to repeat.

"Packaging was fine, nothing fancy"
The packaging was okay. Not amazing, not terrible, just did what it needed to do. I’m always a little suspicious when companies make a big polished statement about their “premium unboxing experience” or whatever, but this was straightforward. It arrived intact, so I can’t really complain.

I went on balfour thinking I’d be able to use a promo code, but I was confused. Most of the discounts I tried didn’t apply to the items I actually needed, and the sale prices didn’t really seem like much of a deal either. Checkout itself was fine, but I wish the promotions were explained better and felt more useful.

Checkout worked just fine for me, so I can’t really complain about that. The only thing is, the updates felt kind of slow, and I know that might not bother everyone, but it did make me wonder what was going on at times.

"Graduation order arrived too late"
I ordered my graduation items from Balfour because I figured going through the official route would be the safest option. Based on the deadline they gave, I expected everything to arrive before the ceremony, but that didn’t end up happening.
Since the order showed up late, I had to scramble and borrow what I needed at the last minute, which made an already busy week way more stressful. Customer service wasn’t much help either, so after my experience, I wouldn’t rely on them for anything with a firm deadline.

The order ended up being fine, but I’ll admit the production time felt a little slow to me. I knew it wasn’t going to ship overnight or anything, so maybe my expectations were just a bit off, but it did take longer than I thought. The updates also weren’t super clear, though it wasn’t a huge deal. Once the item arrived, it looked okay and I was satisfied overall. Not a bad experience at all, just would’ve loved a slightly faster turnaround.

Some of the options were nice, and my sister and I found a few we liked, but overall it felt a little limited. I just wish there had been a bit more variety to choose from.

My daughter’s picture came out really clear, and the school logo looked sharp too. The colors seemed right to me, not faded or odd-looking, unless I’m just being too picky about that stuff. Ordering was simple enough, and what we received matched the preview well. Overall, I’m happy with it.
